Mexican Fruit Cake

- 2 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. pecans
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Инструкции
1. Cream eggs and sugar; add flour and soda.
2. Beat with mixer. Add pineapple and pecans.
3. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour mixture into pan.
4. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
5. Mix cream cheese, margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla.
6. Frost cake with this mixture then refrigerate.
