Jackie'S Coconut Pie

Ингредиенты
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 3 c. sugar
- 7 oz. can coconut
- 8 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Инструкции
1. Melt margarine.
2. Add eggs and sugar to margarine and beat. Add buttermilk and mix thoroughly.
3. Add vanilla and coconut. Mix thoroughly.
4. Pour into 2 deep dish pie shells.
5. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
