Impossible B.L.T. Pie

Ингредиенты
- 12 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. biscuit mix
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- sliced tomatoes
- shredded lettuce

1. Grease 10 x 1-inch pie plate.
2. Layer crumbled bacon and cheese in bottom.
3. Beat remaining ingredients (except lettuce and tomatoes) until smooth 1 minute on high with hand mixer.
4. Pour into plate over bacon and cheese.
5. Bake at 400° until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
6. Serve with lettuce and tomatoes.
