Инструкции
1. Combine cornmeal, flour, onion and sugar.
2. Add egg.
3. Gradually beat in milk.
4. Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil.
5. I use a Fry Baby and fry 4 hush puppies at a time.
6. They flip over when brown on one side.
7. If you have more than needed, pop the remaining in a freezer bag and freeze.
8. Just heat when needed.
