German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake

Ингредиенты
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. broken pecans
- 1 German chocolate cake mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
Инструкции
1. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray.
2. Sprinkle coconut and pecans in pan.
3. Mix cake mix as directed on box.
4. Pour over coconut and pecans.
5. Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine.
6. Drop by spoonfuls onto cake batter.
7. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
8. Put foil under cake because the top may run over a little.
