Frosted Banana Cookies(Great For Using Those Last Two Bananas)

Ингредиенты
- 3/4 c. shortening or margarine
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Инструкции
1. Cream shortening.
2. Add sugar and blend.
3. Add egg, vanilla and bananas.
4. Sift flour, salt and soda.
5. Add to banana mixture and mix well.
6. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
7. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes.
8. These cookies brown only on the edges.
