- 3 c. peeled and diced apples

2. Sift dry ingredients and blend with first mixture (mixture will be thick).
3. Add apples and pecans.
4. Grease and flour Bundt pan.
5. Put in cold oven.
6. bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
7. Let cake cool some before removing from pan.
8. While still warm, glaze.
