- 1 tsp. soda

- 3 c. chopped apples
- 1 c. chopped pecans

Инструкции
1. Place sugar in a bowl.
2. Add oil and eggs; beat well.
3. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda and salt.
4. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and blend.
5. Add pecans and apples.
6. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
7. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until it tests done.
8. Serve warm and top with ice cream or Cool Whip.
