Diabetic Oatmeal Cookies

Ингредиенты
- 2 c. butter
- 4 eggs
- 4 tsp. sweetener
- 1 c. milk
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. raisins
- 4 c. rolled oats
Инструкции
1. Cream the butter.
2. Add beaten eggs, sweetener and milk.
3. Sift and mix dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
4. Beat in vanilla, raisins and oats.
5. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
