Christmas Sand Tarts

Ингредиенты
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Инструкции
1. Slice one cup of strawberries and add sugar to taste (1/4 cup).
2. Stir gently until sugar dissolves.
3. For each serving, place a slice of Angel Food cake on dessert plate with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
4. Spoon strawberries on ice cream and serve.
