Chocolate Oatmeal Cookie Pie

Ингредиенты
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. milk chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Инструкции
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients until well blended.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell (deep dish style if using frozen shell).
4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
5. You may want to put foil over crust for final 15 minutes of baking to prevent overbrowning.
6. Serve warm, especially good with ice cream.
