Brownie Mallow Bars

- 2 c. sugar
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- (3/4 c. nuts)
- 1 ppkg. mini marshmallows (10 1/2 oz.)
- 2 c. (12oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
Инструкции
1. Prepare brownies first: Mix eggs and sugar.
2. Melt butter and add cocoa, then add the flour, salt, vanilla, and nuts.
3. Mix. Bake at 350°F for 30 min. in a 9 x 13 in. pan.
4. Top with marshmallows.
5. Bake 3 min.
6. longer.
7. (Marshmallows till not be completely melted.)
8. Cool on a wire rack.
9. In a saucepan combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter.
10. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth.
11. Remove from heat, stir in cereal. Spread over brownies.
12. Refrigerate.
