- 1/4 tsp. allspice

- 1 c. seedless raisins

Инструкции
1. Cream shortening and gradually add sugar.
2. Add the eggs and the flavoring; mix flour and all of the dry ingredients together.
3. Add the dry ingredients to the shortening mixture.
4. Add the applesauce. Add the raisins last.
5. Finely chopped nuts may be added.
6. Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour or 1 1/4 hours.
7. Put in loaf pan 9 x 4 x 3-inch or a tube pan.
