1. Beat together oil and sugar.
2. Add eggs and beat until creamy. Sift together and add flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder.
3. Fold apples, nuts and raisins into very stiff batter.
4. Grease and flour tube pan.
5. Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
6. Cool in pan.
