Almond Milk
材料
- 2/3 c. almonds
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. soft dates
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. (scant) salt
説明
1. Mill almonds dry in liquefier until powdered.
2. Add remaining ingredients and thoroughly liquefy.
3. Add ice water or ice and water to make a total of 1 quart and blend.
4. Yields 1 quart.
