Savory Tomato Mold
Ingrédients
- 2 c. cooked tomatoes
- 1 c. diced celery
- 3 Tbsp. green pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. diced cucumbers
- 1 Tbsp. onion
- 2 tsp. horseradish
Instructions
1. Heat tomatoes.
2. Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
3. Cool. When tomatoes begin to congeal, fold in vegetables and seasonings. When mixture has slightly thickened, fold in mayonnaise.
4. Turn into mold; chill until firm.
