Refreshing Strawberry-Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb. raw spinach
- 1 pt. fresh strawberries
- 1 small white onion
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 c. vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Clean spinach and strawberries.
2. Cut strawberries into halves.
3. Combine in a bowl.
4. Slice onion into rings and add to spinach and strawberries.
