• 1 big doorstop of granary bread
• Butter
• Pickle (e.g. Branston pickle, or a good chunky local pickle)
• Lettuce leaves
• ½ apple (optional)
• Pickled onions (optional)
• Cocktail pork pie (optional)
• Sausage rolls (optional)
