Lime Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
  • 1/2 c. chopped peppers (optional)

Instructions

1. Mix well the gelatin and boiling water.

2. Stir until slightly thickened.

3. Add remaining ingredients.

4. Pour into mold and chill.
