Oatmeal Patties
食材
- 1 c. oatmeal (small flakes)
- 1/2 can mushroom soup (Campbell's Special Request)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tsp. lite soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
步骤
1. Mix ingredients and shape into patties.
2. Brown in vegetable oil.
3. Place in baking dish and cover with diluted mushroom soup. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
4. Serves 4 to 6.
