Lemon Bean Soup

- 4 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. lemon peel
- 3 c. drained, cooked white beans
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
步骤
1. Combine broth, carrots, celery, lemon juice and peel in saucepan.
2. Simmer covered until carrots are tender.
3. Stir in beans, parsley and pepper.
4. Heat and serve.
