Cream Of Oyster Soup

- 1 qt. oysters
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 4 c. light cream
- 2 Tbsp. whipped cream
步骤
1. Chop and scald oysters in their liquid.
2. Blend butter and flour and add slowly to cream heated in double-boiler.
3. Stir until this is thickened and smooth, then add oysters and their juices.
4. Just before serving soup, stir in the whipped cream.
