Taco Seasoning Casserole

- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. whole kernel corn
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 small pkg. corn bread mix
- 1 can fried onion rings
- grated cheese
Инструкции
1. Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper.
2. Add taco seasoning. Pour into casserole dish, sprayed with Pam.
3. Mix corn bread according to directions on package, with 1/2 can onion rings. Pour on top.
4. Grate cheese and add rest of onion rings on top. Bake at 400° for about 10 minutes.
