Smoked Oyster Ball
Ингредиенты
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 2 cans smoked oysters, drained
- 1 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Инструкции
1. Mix all ingredients and form into a ball.
2. This mixture may have to be refrigerated for a few minutes to make it easier to handle.
3. Roll ball in additional chopped pecans, then roll lightly in additional finely chopped parsley.
4. Chill.
5. Serve with assorted crackers.
