1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. Spray casserole dish with Pam.
3. Combine sausage, potatoes, carrots and onion.
4. Put in casserole dish.
5. Salt and pepper.
6. Pour small amount of Crisco oil over all.
7. Stir.
8. Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
