Round Steaks Smothered In Onions

Ингредиенты
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. round steak
- 1 large onion, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. oil
Инструкции
1. Trim excess fat from steak and cut into serving size pieces. Season steak with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge in flour and lightly pound floured steak with a mallet or edge of saucer.
3. Brown steak in hot oil in skillet.
4. Add onion and enough water, just to cover the steak and onions.
