Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes(Serves 12)

Ингредиенты
- 5 lb. potatoes (9 large)
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Инструкции
1. Cook peeled potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.
2. Mash until smooth.
3. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
4. Cool.
5. Cover and place in refrigerator.* May be used anytime in two weeks.
