Minute Steak Toss

- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 4 carrots, julienned
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 green pepper, julienned
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 1/2 lb. beef, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- hot cooked rice
Инструкции
1. In bowl, combine cornstarch with next 4 ingredients.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Add meat; stir to coat.
4. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
5. Stir 1 or 2 times.
6. Drain well; reserve marinade.
