Honey'S Hominy Soup

Ингредиенты
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 tsp. butter or oleo
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can hominy (golden variety)
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
Инструкции
1. Saute peppers and onion in butter until translucent.
2. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of flour.
3. Stir to mix well.
4. Add chicken broth, stirring until mixture thickens.
5. Add hominy and tomato soup.
6. Mix thoroughly and continue heating to boiling point.
7. Simmer to blend flavors.
8. Serve hot.
