Ингредиенты
- 8 lb. grease or cracklings
- 4 cans lye
- 3 to 4 gal. water
Инструкции
1. Combine all ingredients and cook in a large black kettle until lye eats up grease and cracklings.
2. Let set in pot overnight or until cold and set.
3. Next day, cut into pieces.
