Deluxe Lemon Bars

Ингредиенты
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. lemon juice plus a little extra (about 2 lemons)
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Инструкции
1. Cook the first 3 ingredients until the mixture clings together.
2. Press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
3. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Beat together the eggs, sugar and lemon juice and add flour and baking powder.
5. Pour over crust.
6. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
7. Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top.
8. Cool and cut in bars.
