- 2 c. chicken, fish or meat
- 1 c. croquette sauce
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. breadcrumbs
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Инструкции
1. Cut meat or fish in small pieces; add seasonings desired and croquette sauce.
2. Mix together and shape.
3. If mixture is not stiff enough to shape, chill in refrigerator half an hour.
