Bacony Chicken Breasts

- 1 (16 oz.) can new potatoes, drained
- 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- salt
- 4 slices bacon, cut into quarters
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 4 chicken cutlets
Инструкции
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Slice potatoes 1/2-inch thick.
3. Pat dry with paper towel.
4. Arrange in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch broiler pan. Cover with mushrooms.
5. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
6. Top with bacon slices.
7. Broil 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
