World'S-Best Cookies

Zutaten
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. crushed Special K
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. nuts
Anleitung
1. Cream softened butter and sugars.
2. Add egg and oil.
3. Add oats, Special K and coconut.
4. Add flour, vanilla and nuts.
5. Roll in balls (walnut size).
6. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with fork dipped in water.
7. Makes 7 to 8 dozen.
