Unbaked Butterscotch Cookies

Zutaten
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 can milk
- 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 3 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. nuts
Anleitung
1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, butter or margarine and canned milk.
2. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from stove and add pudding, rolled oats, coconut and nuts. Mix together thoroughly.
3. Cool.
4. Drop dough by teaspoon on wax paper.
5. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
