Sweet Potato Pie(Makes 2)

- 4 eggs
- 3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- cinnamon, nutmeg to taste
Anleitung
1. Beat eggs, then add other ingredients.
2. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
3. Bake at 350° until firm (about 1 hour).
