Sugar Cookies

Zutaten
- 3 c. flour
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Anleitung
1. Sift all
2. dry ingredients together.
3. Cut in shortening. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla and add to flour mixture; mix well. Shape into small balls.
4. Place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Flatten each with bottom of glass. Bake at 375° for 8 or 10 minutes.
