Stained Glass Cookies

Zutaten
- 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 3 c. small colored marshmallows
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Anleitung
1. Melt chocolate and butter or margarine in a large saucepan over low heat.
2. Remove from heat and cool.
3. Stir in marshmallows and 1/4 cup nuts.
4. Divide mixture in half and shape each into 6-inch long log, 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
5. Roll each in rest of nuts and chill.
6. When chilled, slice into 1/2-inch pieces.
7. Makes about 2 dozen.
