Seven Minute Icing For Coconut Cake

Zutaten
- 5 Tbsp. water (1/4 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. corn syrup or Karo
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Anleitung
1. Mix all except flavoring well and place in top of double boiler.
2. Then place in boiling water.
3. Beat with electric beater or hand beat until it stands in a peak.
4. Add vanilla and spread.
