Poor Man'S Steak(Hobo Steak)

Zutaten
- 3 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. water
- salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Anleitung
1. Mix together hamburger, cracker crumbs, water, salt and pepper.
2. Spread out on cookie sheet to about 1/2-inch thick; refrigerate.
3. When set, cut into squares.
4. Roll in flour and brown.
5. Pour on top the mushroom soup thinned with 3 or 4 tablespoons water.
6. Bake in a 250° oven for 1 or 1 1/2 hours.
