Zutaten
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 graham cracker shells
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 6 Tbsp. sugar

Anleitung
1. Mix milk with slightly beaten egg yolks.
2. Add lemon juice; mix.
3. Pour into shells.
4. Top with egg whites.
5. Add the sugar.
6. Put into oven and brown.
7. Chill.
