Zutaten
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell (uncooked)
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. milk
- 4 eggs

Anleitung
1. Cream together until fluffy butter and sugar; add flour, salt and vanilla and beat well after each addition.
2. Stir in milk slowly.
3. Pour into well chilled pie shell and bake in hot oven at 450° for 10 minutes.
4. Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for 30 minutes or until firm.
