Zutaten
- 2 c. self-rising corn meal mix
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
Anleitung
1. Mix all together well and drop by small balls into hot oil. Fry only a few at a time, until golden brown.
2. Drain on paper towels.
3. Serve hot.
