Ingredients: 1 onion, minced; 4 c. ground beef; 2 c. beef gravy (can be canned); 1 tsp. Worcestershire; 1/2 tsp. Tabasco; 2 tsp. salt; 8 medium potatoes (can use leftover mashed); 1 egg, slightly beaten

Anleitung

1. Saute onion in butter (soft not brown).

2. Add meat, spices and gravy.

3. Place in casserole; top with mashed potatoes and brush with beaten egg.

4. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
