Easy Chocolate Chip Cheesecake!

Zutaten
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)
Anleitung
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with mixer until well blended.
2. Add eggs and blend again.
3. Stir in 3/4 cup chips.
4. Pour into pie crust and sprinkle top of mixture with remaining 1/4 cup chips.
5. Bake at 350° for approximately 40 minutes or until center is almost firm.
6. Cool and refrigerate at least 4 hours, overnight is fine.
7. Garnish with additional chips and/or chocolate Cool Whip.
