Ingredients: 1 box chocolate cake mix; 1 box cream cheese, softened; 1 c. confectioners sugar; 1/8 tsp. mix flavoring; 1 drop food coloring

Anleitung

1. Mix cake mix as directed on box.

2. Spray cookie sheet with Pam and put a piece of waxed paper on cookie sheet and spray with Pam. Pour a thin layer of cake mix on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 10 to 20 minutes.

3. Take out of oven and sprinkle with confectioners sugar and roll up in dish cloth to make a log.

4. Put in refrigerator to cool.

5. Mix confectioners sugar, cream cheese, flavoring and food coloring in a bowl.

6. Take log out of refrigerator, unroll, put filling in log and roll back up.

7. Cover with foil and put back in refrigerator.

8. Makes 3 logs.
