Special Pecan Pie

- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

1. Combine sugar and flour in a medium bowl.
2. Combine corn syrup, eggs and butter; add to sugar mixture.
3. Stir well.
4. Add vanilla and pecans; mix well.
5. Pour into pastry shell.
6. Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes, or until set.
