Raisin Bran Muffins

- 1 (15 oz.) Kellogg's Raisin Bran cereal
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 c. plain flour
- 5 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. apple pie spice
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 2 c. pecans
التعليمات
1. Mix all dry ingredients in a huge bowl.
2. Add the liquids and beaten eggs and mix well.
3. You can store in a sealed covered container in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
4. Bake in greased muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray.
5. Fill 2/3 full and bake at 400° for 15 to 18 minutes.
6. Don't overcook.
7. These freeze well.
8. These are very good.
