- Nilla wafers
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cherry pie filling

1. Place 1 wafer in each foil-lined muffin pan.
2. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
3. Beat well and add eggs.
4. Mix well. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
5. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
6. Let cool.
7. Chill.
8. Top with pie filling.
9. Makes 1 dozen.
