Impossible Quesadilla Pie

- 2 cans (4 oz.) green chillies, chopped
- 4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (16 oz.)
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. biscuit mix
- 4 eggs

1. Heat oven to 450°.
2. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inches. Sprinkle chillies and cheese in plate.
3. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
4. Pour into plate.
5. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
6. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
7. Serve with sour cream or guacamole. Serves 6 to 8.
